This Privacy Statement explains what information Venture Pacific Property Management, Inc. ("Venture Pacific," "we," "us") collects through vppminc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this website, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

Your name
Your phone number or email address
A property address and property type
Your preferred language
Whether you are a tenant, prospective tenant, owner or vendor
The message you write
Your email address and preferred city, if you join our rental waitlist or ask for new listing alerts

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox, [email protected], through Resend, an email delivery service, and saved in a spreadsheet in our Google account. If you give us an email address, we also send you an automatic confirmation. To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person rather than an automated program; it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Please don't include sensitive details such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or passwords in a form or message.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited and time spent on them. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and provide the rent estimate, showing or information you asked for
To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, using the details you gave us
To send listing alerts or waitlist updates you signed up for
To understand and improve how the website works
To keep the website secure and to meet our legal and licensing obligations

We will not send you marketing text messages unless you have agreed to receive them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising across other companies' websites. We share information only:

With service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as Google (analytics, email and spreadsheets), Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and Resend (email delivery), who may use it only to provide their services to us
When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.

You can ask us what personal information we have about you from this website, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we must keep by law.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and related messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep business records required by law, then delete them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is meant for adults looking for rental housing or property management. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
